Shipping Policy
Our goal is to deliver quality products within a reasonable timeframe. Orders are shipped out Monday - Friday (excluding all federal holidays). You should expect to receive your order within 3-7 business days after processing is complete (Processing could take up to 3 business days during the holiday season).
Processing Time: All orders are processed withinย 2โ4 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates: Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.
Estimated Delivery: Most orders arrive withinย 3โ7 business daysย once shipped, depending on your location.ย
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your package has shipped so you can follow your order every step of the way.
Delays: Please note that Willow & Bloom Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Shipping & USPS Disclaimer
Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, Willow & Bloom Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, undelivered, or missing packages. Any delivery issues must be addressed directly with USPS, as they are responsible for the shipment once it has left our facility.
If your package shows as delivered but is not in your possession, please contact your local post office or USPS directly to file a claim. We are unable to replace or refund orders marked as delivered by USPS.
