Shipping Policy

Our goal is to deliver quality products within a reasonable timeframe. Orders are shipped out Monday - Friday (excluding all federal holidays). You should expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days after processing is complete (Processing could take up to 3 business days). 

Shipping & USPS Disclaimer
Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, Willow & Bloom Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, undelivered, or missing packages. Any delivery issues must be addressed directly with USPS, as they are responsible for the shipment once it has left our facility.

If your package shows as delivered but is not in your possession, please contact your local post office or USPS directly to file a claim. We are unable to replace or refund orders marked as delivered by USPS.
