Because our products are handcrafted and made-to-order, all sales are final. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used fragrance and body care products.
However, your satisfaction is important to us! If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us at willowandbloom.business@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll be happy to send a replacement or issue store credit if applicable.
